Refund policy

• purchaser has 7 days from delivery of package to return or exchange product(s)
• purchaser must obtain authorization to return the product(s) by contacting energyfitness@myrewardstore.com prior to the return
• any product(s) approved for return or exchange must be unused/unworn and in the original packaging (if any)
• purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs
• shipping fees are non-refundable
